01 — The operator

A program is just a system of dependencies waiting to slip. My job is to see them before they do — and to convert chaos into a date the business can count on.

I run technical programs the way a conductor runs an orchestra: many specialists, parallel timelines, one outcome. Over twelve years I've governed a $30M+ enterprise portfolio, stood up cloud and AI/ML delivery at Oracle, and aligned engineering, product, vendors, and executives around a single source of truth.

My background is regulated and unforgiving — healthcare IT, claims, e-prescribing, insurance, fintech — where "ship fast" and "get it exactly right" aren't allowed to trade off against each other.

I'm fluent enough in the technical detail to earn the trust of the engineering teams I work with — and disciplined enough in PMP and Scrum practice to keep executives confident in the date.

And I don't just run programs — I build them. Outside of delivery I've shipped my own products end to end, from a patent-pending marketplace to AI tools live in production. That builder's instinct keeps me close to the real work: the architecture trade-offs, the release pressure, and what "done" actually costs a team.
